Quantum is seeking an EMEA HR Lead to support employees across the UK, France, Germany, Belgium and other EMEA countries, ensuring policy clarity and compliance at every touchpoint. You will streamline talent acquisition and employee engagement processes while maintaining discretion with sensitive information.

The ideal candidate has real EMEA HR experience, fluent French, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (speaking, reading and writing).
• 3+ years HR experience across France, Germany, Belgium and the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support HR policies and processes across the UK, France, Germany, Belgium and other EMEA countries, including documentation, implementation and compliance tracking.
• Provide day-to-day support to the HR team, managing administrative workflows and employee inquiries.
• Support employer culture and branding initiatives, employee experience programs, and HR policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Manage internal stakeholder communications and follow-ups, tracking status updates.
• Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
