Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks an experienced HR Compliance Manager to lead the EMEA People Compliance function from London. You will shape governance, policies and controls across the region in partnership with Employment Legal, Privacy and PX teams.

This role focuses on regulatory change, data privacy, and program management, driving improvements and training for PX teams while ensuring compliant, scalable processes across UK&I and Europe.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR or People compliance across multiple EM EA countries within global framework.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance.
• Experience in policy governance, regulatory change, risk and controls.
• Experience with audits and assurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the EMEA HR Compliance framework with governance, controls, ownership and reporting.
• Translate regulatory changes into scalable policies, processes and guidance.
• Lead change management and capability-building around regulatory change.
• Oversee EMEA Right to Work and immigration controls.
• Own EMEA background screening processes and vendor relationships.
• Establish governance for fixed-term employment across hiring and terminations.
