Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Head of GTM Programs, EMEA to lead the design, launch, and measurement of regional GTM initiatives. You will partner with executive sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The role requires building a scalable program framework, enabling country teams, and balancing regional consistency with local adaptation in a dynamic AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales programs, GTM, or sales operations in SaaS
• Experience designing end-to-end GTM programs across regions
• Ability to quantify uplift from programs and influence senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Advise EMEA Sales Leadership with data-backed recommendations.
• Analyze EMEA pipeline health across volume, conversion, velocity and efficiency.
• Shape a consolidated demand generation plan across inbound/outbound/partners.
• Own GTM programs end-to-end with clear objectives, owners, and milestones.
• Standardize playbooks with Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Strategy.
• Decide localization strategy for EMEA by sub-region or language.
