Job summary

WPP Media, London-based, seeks a Regional Paid Social Director to lead all EMEA RMI Paid Social activity, collaborating with Amazon and OpenDoor partners. This role governs strategy, activation, governance and cross-functional alignment across markets, with a focus on performance insights and continuous optimisation.

The successful candidate will manage on a hybrid team, build regional testing roadmaps, and drive superior outcomes for clients across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Paid Social multi-channel campaigns across regions.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior partners and clients.
• Ability to train and lead hybrid/diverse teams across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Paid Social strategy across all EMEA RMI markets.
• Translate campaign performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee end-to-end Paid Social activation across markets and Offshore hub Poland.
• Collaborate with planning, analytics, creative and measurement teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop regional testing roadmaps covering audiences, creative, bidding, and measurement.
