Job summary

Headstar in Leeds is seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, consolidation and control across EMEA. Reporting to the EMEA CFO, you will work across international entities and currencies, partnering with local Finance teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely and strategically informative.

With no direct line management, you’ll influence the wider Finance function and collaborate with teams across the region, owning month-end close, consolidation, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading financial reporting, consolidation and control across multiple international entities.
• Strong knowledge of foreign exchange movements and variance analysis.
• Solid technical accounting and financial control background; manufacturing/production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close across the EMEA entities.
• Manage multi-currency consolidation and Group reporting.
• Review submissions from local Finance teams and challenge where needed.
• Produce management reporting and variance analysis.
