Responsabilidades

• Provide senior culinary leadership across six EMEA locations with high standards of quality and guest experience.
• Coach Head Chefs and senior teams, build capability and succession plans.
• Drive menu development and culinary innovation using customer insight and trends.
• Monitor operations to improve sales, food cost control and waste reduction.
• Ensure strict food safety, allergen management and hygiene compliance.
