Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Group Chef Manager to oversee catering, food service and hospitality across five locations. The role is based in the UK with a Monday–Friday pattern and occasional out-of-hours work.

You will lead teams, shape business strategy, and drive relationship management with key client Princess Yachts. You’ll manage budgets, health and safety compliance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while developing your managers and frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-site catering/hospitality operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of food safety legislation and health requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all catering, food service, and hospitality operations across multiple sites.
• Develop business strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee planning and execution of catering events, conferences and functions.
• Manage budgets, food and labour costs, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, train, and develop management teams and frontline staff.
• Ensure compliance with Aramark standards, safety regulations, and policies.
• Drive continuous improvements to service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Lead supplier relationships, inventory control, and procurement.
