Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking an Executive Chef to provide strategic culinary leadership across six EMEA sites, shaping food quality, innovation, and guest experience while balancing regional consistency with local relevance.

You will mentor Head Chefs and culinary teams, lead menu development, champion food safety and cost control, and collaborate with clients and operations leaders to deliver outstanding multi-site performance and successful site mobilisations.

Qualifications

• Senior culinary leadership across six EMEA locations.
• Experience in premium contract catering or high-volume foodservice.
• Strong people leadership and coaching ability.
• Commercial focus on food cost control and productivity.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and allergen management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior culinary leadership across six EMEA locations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer experience.
• Lead, coach and develop Head Chefs and culinary teams to build capability and succession.
• Drive menu development and culinary innovation using customer insight and market trends.
• Monitor and improve operational performance including sales, cost control and waste reduction.
• Ensure all sites maintain excellent food safety, allergen management and hygiene standards.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing culinary in reviews and presentations.
• Support major projects, new site mobilisations and business growth opportunities.
• Share best practice across locations to drive continuous improvement.
