Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Regional Chef to provide culinary leadership across Workplace, Health and Education sites within your designated region. You will support mobilisations, drive service improvements, and develop kitchen teams to maintain high standards of nutrition and customer satisfaction.

The role requires proven senior culinary experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel across multiple sites while upholding food safety and cost control practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef / Lead Chef / Executive Chef or Regional Chef.
• Experience operating in contract catering, education, healthcare or multi-site environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for developing people.
• Excellent culinary knowledge and commitment to nutritious, high-quality food; knowledge of HACCP and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership across a portfolio of Workplace, Health and Education sites.
• Support sites with operational challenges, chef shortages, mobilisations and service improvements.
• Coach, mentor and develop chefs and kitchen teams to achieve high standards.
• Support menu development, recipe standardisation, allergen management and nutrition.
• Drive excellence in food quality, presentation, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits, audits and quality reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
