Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a dedicated Touring Logistics Specialist in London’s Farringdon area to support Global Touring, EMEA. You will oversee all touring logistics, collaborate with promoters, and work with event organisers to maximise fan experience and revenue for artists.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in live entertainment, ideally with a Promoter or at an Agency.
• Experience working in international touring.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with international music touring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage tasks under pressure.
• Ability to liaise with Tour Buyers, internal Touring team, agents, and artist touring personnel.
• Additional languages are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute tours collaborating with Live Nation Global Touring teams and local promoter groups.
• Aggregate local offers in Salesforce Rome and understand currencies for business plans.
• Work with local offices to collect avails, plan routes, and manage holds.
• Collate promoter details and other relevant contacts for individual shows within a tour.
• Maintain organized tour files in Box.
• Coordinate communications across internal departments including Tour Buyers, Marketing, Ticketing, and Finance.
• Liaise with Tour Buyers and Touring legal to draft tour agreements and related show deal memos.
• Track finances across tours from inception to reconciliation, including hedging data and settlements.
• Coordinate final sales information between Ticketing and Operations; support campaigns from inception to tour completion.
• Generally act as internal primary point of contact on all aspects of a given tour.
