Live Nation in London is seeking a proactive Promotions Assistant to support the UK Promoting team. You will assist with sourcing venue availabilities, routing tours, and maintaining tour costings and budgets.

The role requires strong organisation and a hands-on approach to the fast-paced live music industry. You will work closely with promoters, agents and venues, developing relationships and ensuring shows run smoothly from planning through delivery.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fast-paced environments.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to plan and organise own workload in a busy schedule.
• Keen interest in music, concerts and the touring ecosystem.
• Ability to build and develop relationships within the music industry.
• Understanding of artists, agents and venues within touring workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Source availabilities with venues and route tours.
• Manage holds and dates, keeping accurate records.
• Prepare tour costings and budget templates.
• Confirm shows with stakeholders and update itineraries.
• Process sign-offs and arrange show insurances.
• Coordinate with office admin on contracts and permits.
