Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in London seeks a senior Technology leader to bridge front-office needs and engineering in Fixed Income. You will align business priorities with the global FITP team, driving platform modernization and regulatory compliance.

Lead global teams, manage complex programs, and engage senior traders and sales leadership to deliver high-impact solutions in a hybrid London role with strong visibility across Citi's Markets Technology organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology, financial services, or client-facing roles within capital markets.
• Proven leadership in global, matrixed environments with high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of Fixed Income products and trading flows including STP and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Senior technology liaison for Rates and Spread Products desk heads, building trusted relationships with front-office leadership.
• Translate business priorities into clear technology roadmaps with the FITP engineering team.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of key initiatives: platform buildout, electronic trading STP, and regulatory reporting.
• Govern stakeholder cadences and ensure transparency on delivery status and risk.
