Job summary

Citi is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Fixed Income Technology in London. You will own the product domain end-to-end, partnering with business and engineering to define the technical vision and roadmap, and to deliver robust trading system capabilities for the Fixed Income desk.

You will guide cross-functional teams across business, architecture, and operations, drive architectural and delivery decisions, and enable post-launch optimization in a fast-paced, globally distributed

Qualifications

• Experience with Rust programming and large financial software trading systems.
• Experience with ION Trading solutions.
• Knowledge of major Rates Financial Products (EuroGovies/Swaps/GILTS) and electronic trading flows.
• Experience of KDB.
• Experience with Agile development, TDD and CI/CD.
• Team experience in globally distributed Agile environments using Jira, Bitbucket, Sonar & TeamCity.
• Experience with IDEs and build tools like IntelliJ and Gradle.
• Experience with JSON/XML and REST services.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap translating business objectives into technical requirements.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Fixed Income technology applications across global teams.
• Partner with business, engineering, operations and architecture to drive product enhancements.
• Solve complex technical and business challenges with innovative solutions.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts to raise technical capability across the team.
• Identify and manage technical risks ensuring regulatory and client safeguards.
