Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Development & Innovation Manager, EMEA – FinTech & Growth Solutions, to join the EMEA Business Innovation & Services team.

Based in Birmingham with a broad EMEA remit, you will identify, develop and bring to market new commercial growth opportunities, starting with patient financing and Invisalign Pay across UK and Europe. You will drive initiatives from idea through pilot, launch and scale, collaborating with Legal, Compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience in FinTech, consumer financing or related commercial environment.
• Experience developing and managing commercial partnerships.
• Ability to build a compelling business case and translate into actionable plan.
• Experience taking projects from strategy into implementation and launch.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• Ability to influence across multiple stakeholders in a complex international organisation.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset; comfortable in unstructured areas.
• International experience; European languages a strong plus.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale patient financing solutions across EMEA.
• Identify and assess new commercial opportunities with robust business cases.
• Identify, evaluate and engage potential financing/FinTech partners; lead negotiations.
• Take initiatives from concept through pilot, launch and scale.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, Marketing, and leadership to move initiatives forward.
• Define success metrics and monitor results for expansion.
• Support additional growth initiatives such as subscriptions and partnerships.
• Transition proven concepts to regional/local teams for execution.
