Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Business Innovation Manager for the EMEA region, based in the UK.

The role focuses on fintech/financial services partnerships and lead strategic programs in patient financing, starting in the UK with potential expansion. You will develop customer financing strategies, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive pilots to scale, requiring 6-10 years of relevant experience, strong communication, vendor management, and a track record as a strategic thought

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience including finance, business development, sales, relationship management or consulting with emphasis on retail POS financing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience contracting with and managing third-party vendors.
• Customer orientation with a passion for delivering results and ability to inspire the same in the broader team.
• Recognized as a strategic thought leader with ability to make sound strategic decisions and articulate direction.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business areas such as sales, marketing, service, product development, finance and operations.
• Process orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute commercialization plans related to customer financing solutions with UK and Europe teams.
• Develop commercialization materials to enable implementation and handover to customers.
• Provide analysis and insights into program effectiveness and report to Finance for any external partnerships.
• Communicate with program teams and stakeholders to align on status and expectations.
• Manage third‑party POS financing contracting and vendor relationships.
• Lead future business innovation projects in high-impact areas.
