Job summary

Align Technology in the United Kingdom seeks a Business Development & Innovation Manager (EMEA) to drive patient financing initiatives like Invisalign Pay. Based in Birmingham with an EMEA remit, you will build partnerships and scale new financial solutions across UK and Europe, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Tech teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in FinTech or consumer financing.
• Experience developing and managing commercial partnerships.
• Ability to build a compelling business case and translate into a plan.
• Experience taking projects from strategy to launch.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale innovative patient financing solutions, including Invisalign Pay, across EMEA.
• Identify and assess new commercial opportunities with robust business cases.
• Engage potential financing/FinTech partners and lead negotiations.
• Lead initiatives from concept through pilot, launch and scale with regional teams.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, Marketing and leadership to move initiatives forward.
• Define success metrics and refine propositions using insights.
• Support development of additional commercial growth initiatives, including subscriptions and partnerships.
• Transition concepts to regional/local teams for execution and scale.
