Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an Associate Clinical Liaison, UKI, office based in Birmingham, to deliver high-quality clinical education and support.

The role supports orthodontists and general dentists, sharing medical insights about Invisalign products, and collaborates with marketing and commercial teams to advance clinical knowledge and adoption. You will stay current with scientific trends, support university programs, and build relationships with key opinion leaders while traveling up

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer relations in medical/dental settings.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to influence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education and support to orthodontists, dentists, and DSOs.
• Host and execute speaker and clinical-led events.
• Coordinate educational programs across sales and marketing teams.
• Support activation/onboarding of new customers and universities.
• Visit customers in the field and travel with the commercial team as needed.
• Plan one-to-one and group sessions based on business reviews.
• Provide clinical support and education with supervision.
