Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking a Field Solutions Specialist to support an energy storage organisation across the EMEA region. This remote, 12-month contract role involves leading field remediation activities, addressing quality issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation and closure of non-conformances.

Qualifications

Experience in field operations, quality management or remediation within energy/engineering sectors.
Experience managing non-conformances, root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and field engineers across multiple projects; strong stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Lead field remediation activities across operating projects; address NCRs and corrective actions.
Manage field resources, subcontractors, mobilisation and workforce planning.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Warranty and Project Management teams.
Develop remediation plans, schedules, risk mitigation, and progress reports.
Standardise field operations through improved remediation procedures, tooling and reporting.
