Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an experienced networking/telecommunications professional for a customer-facing technical role across the EMEA region. You will act as the primary technical contact, delivering demonstrations, training, and consultancy while validating customer requirements and driving solutions.

Ideal candidates will have Ethernet networking experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of synchronisation testing; Python scripting is advantageous.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Ethernet networking technologies.
Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Ethernet networking and/or synchronisation testing.
Programming or scripting experience, Python preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and partners.
Deliver product demonstrations, technical training, and consultancy.
Support troubleshooting, test configuration, and analysis of customer issues.
Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to support business growth.
Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events across EMEA.
Travel up to 50% throughout the region.
