Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an experienced networking professional for a customer-facing technical role supporting Ethernet networks across the EMEA region. You will act as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, delivering demonstrations, trainings, and consultancy to address real-world network testing challenges.

The ideal candidate has Ethernet networking experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ethernet networking technologies.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving.
• Programming/scripting experience – Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and partners.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical training, and consultancy.

Are you an experienced networking or telecommunications professional looking for a customer-facing technical role where you can combine your expertise in Ethernet networks, problem-solving skills, and passion for technology while supporting industry-leading customers across the EMEA region?

Working within a highly skilled EMEA team, you will act as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, supporting them through the full sales lifecycle.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand customer requirements, deliver technical demonstrations, provide training, and help develop solutions that address real-world network testing challenges. You will also play a key role in supporting product adoption and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Ethernet networking technologies, a strong customer-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Knowledge of synchronisation testing and Python scripting would be highly advantageous.
