Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Field Safety Engineer EMEA to act as the technical field safety expert and customer-facing representative on client sites across the EMEA region. You will lead on-site risk assessments, document energy sources, and draft safety procedures.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance or machinery safety, a technical degree in electro-mechanical or electrical engineering, and travel (>50%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance, automation, machine commissioning, or machinery safety.
• Electrical safety credentials or certifications are an asset.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site LoTo discovery to assess layouts and equipment in scope.
• Capture and document electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other energy sources.
• Draft and approve LINK360 visual procedures with customer feedback.
• Tag, print, and install isolation placards at machine points.
• Train client staff on safe isolation procedures and audit LOTO compliance.
• Recommend compatible safety hardware and Brady products.
