Zusammenfassung

Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, seeks an EHS Specialist for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to lead safety programs across Field Operations. You will drive regulatory compliance, contractor management, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

You will develop training, manage EHS data, and partner with global teams to strengthen safety performance across sites and projects in the UK and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• NEBOSH Diploma preferred.
• IOSH membership preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in field service/industrial/engineering environments.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Global Field Operations EHS Specialist and Trojan EHS team to implement EHS strategies and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, Veralto standards, and customer EHS requirements across EMEA field operations.
• Manage third-party EHS providers and coordinate health monitoring and compliance programs.
• Promote proactive safety culture through training, investigations, and audits.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs and onboarding for new associates.
• Utilize EHS tools to track KPIs, analyze incident trends, and drive CAPA actions.
• Conduct risk assessments of equipment, chemicals, processes, and work locations.
• Perform field inspections and audits to identify risks and improve safe work practices.
