Our Purpose

At SentinelOne, we are driven by a clear purpose: to give the advantage to those who secure our future. As AI reshapes how organizations build, operate, and innovate, the responsibility to protect them becomes more critical than ever. When you join SentinelOne, your work helps protect global enterprises, critical infrastructure, and the technologies shaping tomorrow. If you are motivated by meaningful challenges and want your impact to be real, measurable, and global, you will find purpose here.

About Us

SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. Our AI-native platform unifies protection across endpoint, cloud, identity, data, and AI systems to deliver autonomous detection and response with clarity and speed. By combining real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation, we reduce noise, simplify complexity, and empower security teams to focus on what truly matters.

Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be tasked with acting as a foundational execution partner for the Partner Marketing team. You will be coordinating event logistics, assisting with Market Development Funds (MDF) tracking, and working with our partners and distributors on co-marketing campaigns. You will split your time evenly, working approximately 50% directly with the Senior Partner Marketing Lead and 50% collaborating with regional marketing leaders and the channel sales team.

What will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the Senior Partner Marketing Lead to execute joint GTM marketing plans across a defined portfolio of strategic partners, distributors, and cloud service providers.

  • Manage end-to-end logistics, project plans, timelines, and coordination for EMEA’s flagship partner experiences, including conferences, regional roadshows, enablement bootcamps and virtual ThreatOps Workshops.

  • Coordinate the distribution, localisation, and maintenance of partner enablement content, campaign-in-a-box toolkits, sales collateral, and promotional assets to ensure ecosystem readiness.

  • Track, measure, and report partner marketing program performance and campaign metrics using Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau and Claude, supporting the leadership team in compiling quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ROI data.

  • Support the administration and governance of the Market Development Funds (MDF) framework, ensuring partner co-marketing claims are processed, tracked, and compliant with company policies.

  • Manage the reconciliation of the regional partner marketing budget, tracking co-investment expenses accurately and flagging any discrepancies.

  • Support the planning and execution of EMEA-wide external partner communications and enablement programs, including monthly newsletters, quarterly webinars, technical updates and the Paladin Program

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the EMEA marketing and channel teams providing support on partner lead generation activity ensuring leads are loaded, routed and followed up.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in supporting B2B marketing programs, channel/partner marketing coordination, or enterprise tech event management, with demonstrated ownership of a program or workstream end-to-end.

  • Demonstrated organisational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple workflows simultaneously in a high-growth environment.

  • Proven ability to manage a partner program or workstream from planning through execution with minimal oversight.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau) and AI tools (e.g., Claude)

  • Familiarity or experience with event management applications (e.g., Cvent, Rainfocus, Splash, JiffleNow) or partner portal structures is highly advantageous.

  • Strong commercial awareness and clear interpersonal skills, with a proven capability to communicate effectively with internal sales teams and external partners.

  • Good written and spoken English.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working within agile, OKR-driven structures inside matrixed global organisations.

  • Genuinely enthusiastic about using AI tools, experimenting with them to research, produce analyse and general admin tasks to work faster and better.

  • Experience or understanding of the cybersecurity industry landscape or SaaS-based business models is a definite plus.

Why SentinelOne?

AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
