Job summary

Mirantis, Inc. seeks a Field Marketing Manager to own planning and execution of field marketing programs across EMEA.

You will collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and the global field marketing team to translate business priorities into programs that drive account engagement, meetings, pipeline, and deals. The role requires hands-on program management across events, strong stakeholder coordination, and willingness to travel internationally, including

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role.
• B2B technology experience required; SaaS, cloud, AI, infrastructure, or developer-focused technology.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple events or field marketing programs from planning through execution.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including occasional US travel.
• Ability to work from a UK office at least one day per week, preferably London.

Responsibilities

• Execute EMEA field marketing programs aligned with global GTM priorities and regional Sales objectives.
• Manage the EMEA event and field marketing calendar and coordinate multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Partner with Sales to identify target accounts, territory priorities, and commercial opportunities.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, networking events, executive dinners, VIP experiences, partner events, and brand activations.
• Develop event briefs and workback plans, managing logistics, staffing, registration, booth requirements, merchandise, shipping, and onsite operations.
• Manage event organizers, venues, agencies, and vendors, including contracts, purchase requests, invoices, and deliverables.
• Provide onsite support and travel to domestic and international events as required.
