Job summary

RS Group seeks a Communications Manager – EMEA to develop and deliver communications across the EMEA region as part of the Global Communications team. You will drive engagement, culture and brand messaging, aligning narratives across our business and uniting colleagues behind our purpose.

You will plan and deliver events, campaigns and leadership forums, coordinating with regional teams to ensure consistent messages and an engaging employee experience across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in external or internal communications.
• Strong writing, editing and content development skills.
• Knowledge of internal channels to best use to deliver messages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal communications to support global and EMEA goals.
• Act as trusted advisor across EMEA to keep teams aligned.
• Lead change communications for simpler, more connected processes.
• Create clear messages for product, supplier management and supply chain.
• Champion a community of communications leads across EMEA.
• Run internal campaigns across EMEA and ensure local relevance.
• Translate and adapt messages for diverse audiences in EMEA.
• Track communications effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Support events, leadership forums and colleague engagement activities.
