Job summary

Qualifications

• English and Mathematics GCSEs at level 6 or above plus further qualification in English, Math, Science or Business
• Experience supporting a team
• Experience supporting event organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Support the campaign manager with the campaign tracker
• Use performance dashboards to support reporting on KPIs such as MIS, MIA, and lead generation
• Manage requests for campaign and content assets, including banners, social graphics, email templates, and editor toolkits
• Support post-event nurture activities such as thank-you emails, quarterly updates, and lead tracking
• Support Marketing Managers in executing the events strategy
• Create digital and physical event assets and graphics
• Provide logistical support for dinners, happy hours, and other events
• Collate campaign performance data and assist with reports for internal stakeholders
• Support lead generation tracking and integration into nurture workflows
• Maintain accurate records of campaign metrics and event outcomes
• Manage creation and distribution of branded gift boxes
• Work with external vendors and suppliers
• Maintain the Advanced Marketing SharePoint
• Provide additional team support and projects as deemed appropriate by AMD
