Job summary

Semrush Consulting Services delivers digital strategy advisement to enterprise customers, driving scalable SEO and GEO programs. The team partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate platform adoption and measurable value across multi-quarter roadmaps and governance frameworks.

The role leads structured discovery, executive workshops, and cross-functional implementation, embedding SEO and GEO into broader digital marketing ecosystems while guiding change and governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting, change management, enterprise advisory, or related roles within SaaS or MarTech environments.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into actionable, executive-level strategic roadmaps.
• Strong expertise in SEO and GEO strategy, competitive analysis, and performance measurement with the ability to clearly connect strategic initiatives to commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity, operating models, workflows, and organizational readiness.
• Translate findings into phased, multi-quarter SEO and GEO roadmaps aligned to measurable business outcomes with clear priorities.
• Design scalable SEO and GEO governance frameworks and operating models for long-term adoption and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to define outcomes and align stakeholders through the customer lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for expanded engagement and ensure strategic continuity across the customer lifecycle.
• Contribute to internal playbooks and delivery methodologies to improve consistency across Strategic Services.
