The Walt Disney Company Limited in London is seeking an Engagement and Experimentation Manager for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to lead on-platform engagement across EMEA, owning personalisation, homepage and experimentation, aligning with weekly performance and regional strategy.

You will collaborate with global teams, merchandising, analytics, marketing and local markets, ensuring regional needs shape global plans while driving cross-functional delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a digital business such as subscription, retail or trading.
• Proven product management track record with cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to drive daily optimisation and retention KPIs.
• Comfort working in an international matrix organisation.

Aufgaben

• Own regional personalisation and experimentation roadmap and monthly updates.
• Coordinate with global product/content teams for capability and setup.
• Lead regional intake, prioritise experiment ideas with market teams.
• Design experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Track weekly engagement performance and inform the wider agenda.
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing and content teams to shape the customer journey.
