Eaton Corporation is seeking a Marketing Manager for Energy Transition in the EMEA region. This role drives regional marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, aligning with global strategy to grow awareness, engagement and demand for our Energy Transition portfolio.

You will partner with regional sales, product managers, and stakeholders to position Eaton as a leader in renewable power, energy storage, EV charging, and microgrids, while ensuring consistency with global

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of B2B marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, or demand generation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies across Europe, Middle East and Africa to support Energy Transition objectives.
Collaborate with regional sales, product management, business development, and commercial teams to enable growth.
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for EMEA Energy Transition activities and input into global planning processes.
Create integrated marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement and demand generation.
Lead regional product launches including messaging, campaigns, and events.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and thought leadership.
