Job summary

Join Eaton Corporation as Marketing Manager, Energy Transition (EMEA). Lead regional marketing across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, aligning regional needs with global strategy to drive awareness, engagement and demand for the Energy Transition portfolio.

You will partner with regional teams and global marketing to deliver integrated campaigns, product launches, and customer-focused content that supports growth in renewables, energy storage, EV charging, and electrification initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional marketing strategies across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• Collaborate with regional sales, product management, business development and commercial teams to support growth.
• Serve as marketing liaison for EMEA Energy Transition activities and input into global planning.
• Develop integrated marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement and demand generation.
• Lead regional product launches including messaging, campaigns, and events.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure brand consistency and thought leadership.
• Engage with strategic partners for co-marketing and joint market development.
• Create customer-focused content and digital assets for regional audiences.
• Manage participation in key industry events, conferences and webinars.
• Work with global digital teams to optimize content, SEO, and paid media.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
