Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Director, Legal, Energy & Power Procurement, EMEA, to serve as UK-based counsel for energy and power procurement across EMEA. You will lead the legal workstream securing power, generation capacity and energy services for hyperscale data center campuses, from strategy and term sheets through negotiation, delivery and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PQE in energy, power, infrastructure or major projects.
• Experience negotiating complex energy and power arrangements across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal workstream for securing power, generation capacity and energy services for Nscale data centers in EMEA.
• Negotiate power purchase agreements, energy supply agreements, and related contracts.
• Coordinate with utilities, generators, energy suppliers, developers and equipment providers to drive contracts to signature.
