Job summary

Amazon seeks a senior leader to own AWS EMEA energy partnerships at the intersection of technology, AI, and infrastructure. You will structure multiyear strategic agreements with Europe’s largest energy customers and guide next‑generation collaboration across AWS teams, partners, and key executives.

You will drive regional go‑to‑market plans, create scalable co‑sell motions, and mentor BD peers while delivering measurable business value through complex deals and innovative commercial models.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience across Core Cloud Technology Services, including Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and Networking, and Business Application Technologies.
• Experience solving technology-related business challenges across energy sectors including Energy & Utilities.
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Experience across Advanced Compute, Enterprise Application Modernization, and Data & AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the EMEA go-to-market partnership plan across generation, transmission, distribution, and energy trading.
• Structure and close the region's largest strategic agreements with technology, infrastructure, and AI commitments.
• Serve as strategic advisor to CxO level customers, building trusted relationships across partnerships.
• Coordinate and elevate commercial power discussions between EMEA account teams and AWS Infrastructure & power-procurement teams.
• Orchestrate cross-Amazon inputs into EMEA engagements to strengthen strategic value propositions.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to design and scale GTM plays, then replicate success at scale.
