Job summary

Citi London is seeking a Co-Head of EMEA Electronic Execution to jointly manage and scale our equity execution platforms across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will lead algorithmic trading, DMA, SOR, and EMS/OMS products, while serving as a senior relationship owner for key institutional clients.

The role combines sales, technology, and quant research, with accountability for revenue growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in electronic equity execution at a senior level.
• Proven leadership and P&L management in front-office revenue roles.
• Strong client management across buy-side desks and asset managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the EMEA electronic execution franchise with your Co-Head.
• Own and grow relationships with institutional clients using Citi's electronic trading tools.
• Collaborate with Prime Services, equity product teams, and tech to expand product reach and improve execution quality.
