Job summary

TP ICAP in London seeks Head of Trading Venue Operations, EMEA, to lead a 21-person Level 1 support team across multiple asset classes. You will partner with Operations, Technology and IT Service Management to ensure reliable broker and client-facing platforms and maintain service levels.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, governance, and stakeholder communication, with focus on continuous improvement and automation to enhance user experience in a fast-paced electronic trading environment.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience managing operational, support or service delivery teams within a financial services environment.
• Proven experience delivering service improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
• Experience leading change initiatives and embedding process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of a multi-asset Level 1 platform support team.
• Ensure incidents are managed effectively and resolved within SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Oversee onboarding, trade and order management, user access, connectivity support.
• Develop processes to improve workflow, reporting and service transparency.
