Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an Executive Director to lead Execution Consulting within the Equities Electronic Trading team.

You will shape analysis, research, and client engagement that underpin the performance of our algorithmic trading and liquidity products. As a senior advisor to major clients, you will mentor analysts, influence product priorities, and partner with Technology and Quantitative Research to improve client outcomes and drive the platform's execution-performance

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in execution consulting, algorithmic trading, product management, or quantitative trading within equities.
• Authoritative understanding of equities market structure and market microstructure.
• Strong quantitative and statistical skills; ability to interrogate large datasets and translate to insights.
• Senior client-facing presence with strong communication and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic agenda for execution consulting and performance analysis across the EMEA algorithmic and liquidity product suite.
• Drive the platform-wide execution-performance narrative, identify opportunities to improve execution quality and reduce costs.
• Lead execution reviews and bespoke analysis for major clients and strategic dialogues on performance and market structure.
• Educate clients on our product suite; create high-impact thought leadership and client marketing materials.
• Produce in-depth analysis of product usage, client trends, execution performance, and revenues to inform strategy.
• Shape the product roadmap in partnership with Technology and Quantitative Research.
• Represent the franchise externally to clients and at industry forums.
• Mentor and develop consultants and analysts; raise analytical and commercial capability of the team.
• Maintain authoritative knowledge of equities trading, market structure, and regulatory requirements.
