Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited's London office is seeking a Senior Digital Operations Coordinator, EMEA to help run and optimise our ecommerce platforms across multiple markets. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage timelines and partner communications to ensure seamless customer journeys.

In this role you’ll monitor site performance, support trading events, and drive operational excellence with teams across Digital, Customer Care, Logistics and Technology.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Ecommerce Operations or similar role.
• Experience across multi-market ecommerce sites.
• Project and stakeholder management with tight timelines.
• Understanding of fulfilment, payments and returns.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech, logistics and care teams.
• Experience with AI tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Jira/Asana/Monday.com and QA/UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and optimisation of global ecommerce platforms.
• Monitor website performance and customer journeys, investigate issues.
• Coordinate operational delivery of trading events, campaigns and promos.
• Manage timelines, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Support website updates through briefing, QA testing and validation.
• Produce regular reporting and analysis to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain operational documentation and best-practice guides.
• Drive continuous improvement across ecommerce operations and customer experience.
