Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a Retail IT Analyst for our London office. You will support and optimise the retail technology landscape, balancing IT operations with business engagement to keep stores running and drive transformation initiatives.

In this role you will partner with store teams, IT and vendors to manage incidents, changes and BAU tasks, coordinate project activities for store openings and rollouts, and contribute to continuous improvement across EMEA locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with retail technology stacks incl. POS, payments, printers, scanners.
• Exposure to retail environments and store operations.
• Experience coordinating technology projects.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes (incident, problem, change).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the retail technology stack across stores.
• Coordinate BAU tasks, incidents, and service requests.
• Collaborate with PMO and IT teams on major retail IT projects.
• Ensure changes are communicated to stores and stakeholders.
