Job summary

Helen of Troy, a global consumer products company, seeks an Associate E‑commerce Professional to drive growth for Curlsmith, Osprey, and Hydro Flask brands. The role focuses on optimizing site performance, merchandising, and SEO across DTC websites in the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Trading teams, manage website operations, and lead go‑to‑market campaigns while delivering revenue targets and enhancing the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 2–4 years relevant e‑commerce experience.
• Authorized to work in the UK without immigration restrictions.
• Ability to attend the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual eCommerce revenue and profitability targets across all EMEA DTC websites.
• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to grow revenue and improve usability.
• Create and maintain brand‑consistent merchandising across Magento and Shopify sites.
• Manage day‑to‑day website operations, tickets, and brand representation in meetings.
• Own and optimize eCommerce platforms and tools; build SME in key areas.
• Launch seasonal product ranges aligned with go‑to‑market plans and feedback insights.
• Monitor traffic, conversions, site speed, and drive improvements with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead on-page SEO and coordinate with agencies to deliver priorities.
• Collaborate with DTC Marketing to balance brand experience with performance.
• Prepare daily trading reports and support decision‑making.
• Support loyalty and CRM initiatives to drive acquisition and retention.
