Job summary

ServiceNow is expanding its Channel Operations in partnership with Exclusive Networks, focusing on onboarding and operating a robust distributor program across EU and KSA. The Senior GTM Operations Manager will build the operating framework, enable partner activation, and ensure compliant revenue generation while coordinating with regional sales leaders and central functions.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Finance, Legal and Partner Management functions.
• 8+ years in channel operations, distribution management, or indirect sales operations.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional operations across EU and GCC (KSA preferred).
• Knowledge of VAT, indirect tax, customs, export controls, and e-invoicing (ZATCA).
• Willingness to travel regularly across EU markets and to KSA.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up the distributor operating framework for EU and KSA.
• Own end-to-end reseller onboarding through Exclusive Networks.
• Manage deal flow from reseller registration to booking and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor pipeline and bookings data and report to ServiceNow leadership.
• Coordinate prebuy and inventory structures with the distributor.
• Ensure compliance with pricing governance and contract terms.
• Collaborate across Sales, Legal, Finance and Partner Management.
