ServiceNow is formalizing Exclusive Networks as its authorized distributor for EMEA. The Senior GTM Operations Manager, Distribution will own onboarding and day-to-day operation of Exclusive Networks, including standing up operating frameworks, activation of reseller partners, and driving compliant revenue.

Based in-region, you will serve as the primary operational contact between ServiceNow and the distributor, ensuring program integrity while accelerating time to revenue across EU and KSA

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in channel operations, distribution management, or indirect sales ops.
• Direct experience managing or operationalizing a distributor or channel partner program in EMEA.
• Working knowledge of multi-jurisdictional operations across the EU and GCC, esp. KSA.
• Regulatory and commercial requirements affecting distribution, incl. VAT and e-invoicing (ZATCA).
• Strong operational discipline: translate a launch plan into a working system and track it.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic preferred for KSA.
• Ability to work across Sales, Finance, Legal, Partner Management and influence without authority.
• Proficiency with Excel and business reporting tools; CRM experience expected.
• Willingness to travel regularly across EU and to KSA.
• Authorization to work in country of location.

Aufgaben

• Design and stand up the distributor operating framework across EU and KSA.
• Define operating cadence and governance for pricing, deal registration, partner eligibility.
• Own end-to-end reseller onboarding, certification, enablement and first deal.
• Manage deal flow from registration to booking and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor pipeline and provide regular performance reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate prebuy and inventory structures with the distributor and track risk.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations, tax, customs, and data protection.
• Escalate issues with options and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Track KPIs for distributor performance and time to revenue.
