Job summary

Dexcom Scotland is seeking an experienced Distributor Manager - Channel Excellence EMEA to translate channel priorities into scalable processes, governance, and partner management. You will lead across markets to drive distributor performance and ensure compliant, growth-focused execution.

This remote UK role offers a comprehensive benefits program, global career opportunities, and in-house development programs. Travel up to 25-50%.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8–12 years of related experience.
• Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate agreed EMEA channel priorities into practical operating processes and governance.
• Manage the operational governance for distributor identification, evaluation and onboarding.
• Design and maintain scalable playbooks, onboarding checklists, templates and calendars.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Analytics and country teams to remove barriers.
• Track channel performance, distributor capability, contract adherence and KPI visibility.
• Coordinate issue tracking, escalation paths and training needs; ensure SLAs are met.
