Job summary

Acushnet Europe in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Distribution Systems Analyst to support Manhattan Active WMS across our EMEA distribution network. This hands-on role requires regular on-site presence, collaboration with IT and operations, and driving process improvements within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting warehouse management systems in an IT or systems-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Experience troubleshooting applications, integrations, and warehouse devices.
• Experience supporting testing, deployments, and system enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and optimising Manhattan Active WMS across EMEA distribution sites.
• Assisting with system configuration for receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Troubleshooting system, device, and process issues and coordinating resolutions with IT and operational teams.
• Supporting system upgrades, testing, deployments, and new functionality rollouts.
• Developing SOPs, process documentation, and user training materials.
• Analysing operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and system enhancements.
• Acting as a key point of contact for Manhattan AWMS-related queries.
