Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering, EMEA, a senior leader within the Revenue organization. The role partners with Sales Directors and Regional VPs to drive growth across enterprise accounts by positioning Saviynt's identity and cloud security platform.

You will build and scale the Solutions Engineering & Strategy team across EMEA, ensuring high-quality customer engagement. Located in London, UK, with flexibility for remote work across Europe and travel.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to lead regional teams across multiple countries in Europe.
• Strong strategic, commercial and technical acumen with cloud security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and scale the Solutions Engineering & Strategy team across EMEA.
• Engage with Sales Directors and Regional VPs to drive growth and opportunity closure.
• Bridge between sales, product and delivery with clear value messaging and enablement.
• Shape go-to-market execution, customer engagements and content (briefs, white papers, webinars).
