Job summary

Omnicom Media in London is seeking a Director, Partnerships EMEA to lead the regional SSP partnerships strategy across media and technology partners. You will govern partnerships, drive commercial negotiations, and ensure value delivery to clients and markets in the EMEA region.

You will own senior relationships, guide governance, and oversee delivery across multiple markets while aligning with regional leadership and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with media, technology, or platform partnerships, ideally within programmatic and SSP environments.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholder and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and evolution of the EMEA partnerships strategy, with a focus on SSP partnerships.
• Own senior relationships with key media and technology partners across the region.
• Drive commercial negotiations and ensure partnerships deliver measurable value to clients and markets.
• Oversee implementation of partnership agreements across EMEA markets, ensuring consistent adoption and delivery.
• Lead governance across partnerships, including performance tracking, reporting, and compliance with agreed frameworks.
• Identify partnership opportunities, risks, and areas for growth, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of regional client outputs, including savings statements and partnership reporting.
• Partner with market and agency leadership teams to maximise engagement and value from regional agreements.
• Provide strategic guidance to markets on partnership frameworks, processes, and partner adoption.
