Job summary

Omnicom, London-based, is seeking an experienced Paid Search Manager to lead strategy and execution across multiple EMEA markets. You will shape plan, activation, and optimisation, collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-channel teams to deliver measurable performance for a high-profile global client.

You will manage budgets, provide regular performance reviews, and guide a Search Executive, with a focus on innovation and effective cross-market delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-market Paid Search campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of brand and performance Search strategies.
• Experience across Google and Bing.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, pacing and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and understanding of the EMEA media landscape.
• Proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop global and local Paid Search strategies across EMEA.
• Oversee the delivery and optimisation of Google and Bing campaigns.
• Lead keyword research, copywriting, localisation and audience segmentation.
• Own budgets, forecasting, pacing and performance analysis.
• Lead regular client calls, present performance and plans.
• Coach and develop junior team members and colleagues.
