Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for an EMEA Deliver Manager Osprey, based in Diegem, Belgium, with alternate hybrid locations in Prague and London. This 18–24 month project role supports the DPS separation and delivers finance transformation across EMEA Deliver groups.

The role requires strong FP&A expertise, cross-country collaboration, and experience in large data sets and Excel. Flexible location, with hybrid arrangements across countries, is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification preferred.
• Fully qualified accountant or equivalent qualification preferred, such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, Master’s degree, or equivalent, with relevant post-qualification experience.
• Broad FP&A experience preferred; prior Commercial or Operating Company experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain Deliver day-to-day operations during transformation.
• Lead project information requests and audit requests for the EMEA Deliver scope.
• Partner with Osprey EMEA BUF team and Deliver Global Project teams to align plans.
• Assess transition impacts, business cases, and CAPEX requests for supply chain changes.
• Oversee transition of EMEA Deliver finance processes to DPS and ensure continuity.
