Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a Technical Director, EMEA Data Centers to lead the technical delivery of hyperscale and colocation projects across the region, ensuring high standards, on programme delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor teams, establish governance, and drive innovation while engaging with client leadership and cross-market stakeholders to maintain excellence in every project.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data center design or delivery.
• Significant hyperscale or colocation experience.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary technical delivery.
• Experience engaging with hyperscale or colocation client technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop PDS's EMEA data center technical delivery framework across design, commissioning and handover.
• Provide direct technical oversight on complex regional projects from feasibility to energization.
• Collaborate with Project Directors to manage programme, cost and technical risk.
• Build trusted technical relationships with client engineering and operations leadership at key accounts.
• Provide technical input to pursuits, proposals and framework negotiations with clients.
• Maintain deep, current expertise in hyperscale data center design, construction and commissioning.
• Lead knowledge sharing and development of a data center community of practice across markets.
