Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Director, EMEA Data Centers in London to act as the senior technical authority across hyperscale and colocation projects. You will provide hands-on leadership to ensure delivery to clients, standards, and regulatory requirements, across multiple markets.

You will drive governance, risk management, and technical documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advance digital delivery using the Ingenious platform while building

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline; chartered status preferred.
• 15+ years' experience in data center design, construction, or project delivery, with hyperscale or colocation exposure.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical delivery across EMEA markets and engage client technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop data center technical delivery framework for EMEA.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across live projects.
• Set and enforce minimum technical governance standards and design gates.
• Maintain client relationships with engineering, construction, and operations leadership.
• Lead technical due diligence and lessons-learned reviews with clients.
• Champion adoption of Ingenious platform and digital delivery tools.
• Ensure HSSE and regulatory compliance across projects.
