Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in utility, infrastructure, energy, or hyperscale data center development.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing utility agreements, energy procurement, or large-scale power infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in EMEA energy markets, including grid capacity and interconnection processes.
• Experience supporting data center power strategy, greenfield/brownfield site development, and utility-scale load interconnection.
• Strong knowledge of PPAs, tariffs, and hedging structures.
• Familiarity with renewable energy integration and grid decarbonization in Europe.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end energy strategy across a portfolio of data center assets in EMEA; engage utilities and analyze markets.
• Manage data center energy supply planning across full lifecycle including interconnection, permitting, energization, and commissioning.
• Lead electricity procurement strategy and negotiate PPAs with utilities and IPPs across EMEA.
• Develop renewable energy sourcing strategies to support carbon neutrality and ESG objectives.
• Monitor energy markets, pricing, and regulatory developments; assess policy impact on grid access and carbon pricing.
• Drive energy cost optimization and support financial modeling for CapEx/OpEx.
