Qualifications

• Extensive transfer pricing experience (including at least 2 years as a senior manager) in a multinational or major firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and OECD regulations.
• Strong data analysis skills and time management.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Effective written and verbal communication across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with finance teams to provide ad-hoc advice and solutions.
• Lead internal transfer pricing risk assessment.
• Lead functional and financial analyses to validate policies or propose new ones.
• Lead implementation of transfer pricing processes, controls, and monitoring.
• Maintain operational transfer pricing processes and provide improvement suggestions.
• Lead TP-related tax audits, strategy development, and communications with authorities.
• Conduct periodic transfer pricing calculations.
• Collaborate with external consultants on contemporaneous TP documentation and other compliance docs.
• Respond to internal and external TP enquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor and analyse proposed/new TP legislation, regulations and court decisions.
